Individual and Family Counselling

We recognize that grief is a natural process and our counseling is a model of compassionate listening and varied educational materials provided for participants to strategize their own natural, unique healing journey.

H.E.A.R.T.S Baby Loss Support Group

For anyone touched by the loss of a precious baby during pregnancy or anytime after birth. Created in 1996 by two families who had both experienced the deaths of their babies. H.E.A.R.T.S. is an acronym for Helping Empty Arms Recover Through Sharing.

This program includes:
– Monthly support group sessions
– Pregnancy after loss group (Rainbow Babies)
– Resource lending library
Annual Baby Steps Memorial Walk to Remember
– Annual Candle Light Service.
